Our History
3 Hearts Ability Services was founded in 2026 by three local women who share a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. As a nonprofit organization, our mission is rooted in providing inclusive, high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and meaningful community involvement. We believe every person deserves support that respects their unique abilities, goals, and potential.
Our Team
At 3 Hearts Ability Services, our team is committed to providing dependable, compassionate, and high-quality support to the individuals we serve. We believe that the foundation of excellent care begins with dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives. Our team includes experienced leadership and trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who share a commitment to person-centered care, reliability, and respect for every individual’s unique needs and goals. As we grow, we remain focused on building a team of capable, trustworthy caregivers who value dignity, community inclusion, and meaningful relationships with the people they support.
